About us
About us
We are farmers, we understand what olive trees need to grow and we give the land everything it requires to produce olives of the highest quality, so they can be turned into an exceptional extra virgin olive oil.
The La Granadella Cooperative was created in 1920 to provide olive oil from the farmer directly to the consumer. By joining forces, we farmers can meet the market’s demand for quality and service and, of course, always guarantee a product of the highest quality and flavour.
The Cooperative building
It is a noucentista construction from the beginning of the 20th century, built by the Commonwealth of Catalonia in 1920 and in 2015 it was declared a Site of Cultural Interest. The facade was restored in 2019, with new graphical elements added to the windows. The artist Lily Brick, from Lleida, painted a mural paying tribute to the cultivation of the olive tree, to the traditional production process and culture of olive oil.

The Centenary, 100 years of liquid gold from La Granadella
The Granadella Cooperative was founded in 1920 by our great-great-grandparents, dedicated (body and soul) to producing extra virgin olive oil from the olives they had collected and tended to during the whole year.
