WARM SEASONAL SALAD

When you hear about olive pate, the first thing that comes to mind is savoring it on toast. From the La Granadella Cooperative , we show you that there are many other ways to taste it and appreciate its full flavor.
We love to cook simple dishes that are accessible to everyone. Because there is nothing better than enjoying a good meal in good company. And if it's with our Degustus products , even better.
Our proposal is a delicious warm seasonal Salad with Arbequina Eco Degustus Olive Pâté.

Ingredients:

250 g of baby potatoes.
Mixture of fresh and varied sprouts.
ravenets
250 g of broccoli.
sweet onion
chives
Olive Arbequina Eco Degustus .
Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Sal.

Preparation:

  1. First, place the baby potatoes in a saucepan with water, which we will boil for approximately 15 minutes. (To know its cooking point, we will have to pierce the potato with a fork or any other pointed utensil). In addition, we will boil the potatoes with the skin so that they do not lose their flavor.
  2. When they are done, take them out of the pan and put them aside on a plate in the fridge to cool. At this point, we can cut them in half or leave them whole. Everything will depend on whether or not they are too big to consume in one bite.
  3. Next, we will cut the main stem of the broccoli, in such a way that we only have the flower, which we will cut into small pieces.
  4. Now it's the radishes' turn. We will cut them into thin slices. We will do the same with the onion. Tasting trick: In order to prevent the onion from being strong, we will have previously left it to rest in a bowl with water and vinegar for at least 20 minutes.
  5. Next, clean the fresh sprouts well, and put them in a large bowl.
  6. For the vinaigrette: in another bowl, we will add our Olivada Arbequina Eco Degustus (the amount will depend on the taste of the consumer), along with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Degustus , the chives that we will have previously cut and a pinch of salt
  7. Lastly, add all the ingredients to the bowl with the fresh sprouts and add the vinaigrette as well. If we want to add a final touch, we can put a little more chives on top.

And we have our salad ready!
